Is buying cars at bailiff auctions legal?
Yes. Bailiff and treasury auctions are open court and tax proceedings conducted under the law. The listings are public and any adult buyer may take part. Brykam simply gathers this public information in one place and helps you find it faster.
Where does Brykam get auction data from?
From public bailiff auction notices and from sales and tenders run by Poland's National Revenue Administration (KAS). We monitor the official portals and announcements around the clock, so you never have to search by hand.
How much does Brykam cost?
You start for free — the Free plan gives you a market preview with no card. Paid plans are Starter 49 zł, Pro 99 zł and Dealer 199 zł per month. Higher plans unlock more saved filters, AI reports and sources from the European Union.
What is a credit and what is it spent on?
One credit is one AI report on a specific car: a concise analysis with strengths, risks and an approximate market valuation. Monitoring auctions, alerts and the margin score in the table cost no credits — you spend a credit only when you want the full analysis of a chosen deal.
How many credits does each plan include?
Free gives 0 credits, Starter 10, Pro 40 and Dealer 150 credits per month. Credits renew every month with your subscription.
How quickly do alerts arrive?
Within minutes of a listing that matches your filter being published. The notification reaches you on Telegram or email, so you have time to prepare for the auction before competitors even notice it.
Do I need to enter a card to start?
No. The Free account is created with no card and no commitment. You provide payment details only when you decide to move to a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like — access runs to the end of the paid period and renewal simply isn't charged. There are no fixed-term contracts or hidden notice periods.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue an invoice for every payment. If you're buying for a company, enter your invoicing details when setting up the subscription and the document will be sent to your email. Payments are handled by Tpay.
How does Brykam process my personal data (RODO)?
Data is processed in line with RODO (Poland's GDPR implementation). We collect only what's needed to run your account and handle payments, store it on servers within the European Union and never sell it to third parties. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data.
Does Brykam bid at the auction for me?
No. Brykam finds deals, scores the margin and prepares a report, but you take part in the auction itself in person — on the official portal or at the office. The decision and the bidding are always yours.
